Niemand möchte in eine solche Situation kommen, und dennoch passiert es tagtäglich überall auf der ganzen Welt: ein Unfall mit Opfern, die nicht mehr ansprechbar sind und schnelle medizinische Hilfe benötigen. Zwar sind Rettungsassistenten oder Notarzt meist rasch vor Ort und können eine Erstversorgung durchführen. Allerdings häufig ohne dass sie etwas über mögliche Vorerkrankungen, Medikamentenunverträglichkeiten oder Ähnliches vom Opfer wissen.
